Account Manager – Commercial Lines Department

Cathy is an account manager for commercial clients at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG) and is a licensed property and casualty broker.

In 2011 Cathy received the prestigious honor of becoming a CPCU or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.  A very highly regarded designation within the insurance industry (means she’s good).

Her responsibilities include: billing, general policy service including endorsements, quoting and policy issuance, certificate issuance and claims.

Cathy brings with her thirty years of experience in the insurance industry.  She began her career in 1982 at The Continental Ins Company where she held various positions in commercial lines.  In 1995, she joined TMG as a commercial account manager.

Cathy has earned advanced designations in the insurance industry including CPCU, ARM, ARM-P and AIS.

Raised in upstate New York, Cathy enjoys outdoor activities including biking, recreational vehicles and hiking.
