Human Resources and Office Manager
Daphne is the head of the human resource department and office manager at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG).
Daphne is also a licensed property and casualty agent and broker and is responsible for all human resource functions, including managing the personal lines team, accounting, and intercompany relationships.
Daphne has been a part of the The Murray Group team since 1986. She began her career with the agency as a personal lines customer service representative and has taken on various roles in the company.
Her longevity at TMG has allowed her to develop strong relationships with insurance companies and long time clients.
Daphne is a graduate of Smith College with a degree in Art and Architectural History. She has served on the Town of Schodack Board of Historic Preservation and supports Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Smith College Alumnae Association.
Daphne is a life long resident of Albany County and is an avid runner, gardener and knitter. When she’s not hitting the roads or canning her crops, Daphne enjoys entertaining and spending time with her family.
