Personal Lines Department

Heidi is a customer service representative in the personal lines department at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG).

She is also a licensed property and casualty insurance broker.  Services provided to personal lines clients includes:

• billing,
• general policy service
• endorsements
• issuance
• claims

Heidi started her insurance career in 1992 as a customer service representative. After six years of employment, Heidi decided to stay home to raise two children.

She resumed her career in 2008 at another local agency and then joined The Murray Group in 2012.

Heidi is a life long Schoharie county resident and has been active in many organizations, including serving as committee chair for the Boy Scouts of America.

She donates her time for youth and school sports programs and spent substantial amount of time helping last years flood victims in the Schoharie Valley.

Heidi and her husband of twenty-four years have raised two boys. As a family, they enjoy many outdoor activities to include, 4-wheeling, motorcycling, skiing/snowboarding and camping.
