Personal Lines Department
Karen is a customer service representative in the personal lines department at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG).
She is also a licensed property and casualty broker. Services provided to personal lines clients include: billing, general policy service such as endorsements and issuance, and claims.
Karen has been an employee of The Murray Group since 2003. Prior to TMG, Karen worked for nearly twenty years at General Accident in the customer service department.
Her service philosophy is driven by the belief that each client deserves individual attention to their specific needs.
Karen is a life long resident of upstate New York. When she’s not at work, Karen enjoys spending time with her animals and working around her house.
