Director of Personal Lines
Lauren (Murray) Hanley is the Director of Personal Lines and new business specialist at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG) and a licensed property and casualty broker.
She is responsible for quoting and issuing new business and rewriting policies for the personal lines department.
Lauren began working at The Murray Group in 2008 as a customer service representative in the personal lines department. Prior to working at TMG, Lauren worked at Marsh in New York City and Boston as a commercial casualty broker where she helped broker some of the largest commercial placements in the country.
Lauren is the twin sister to Bridget Murray, grew up in Albany and attended Bethlehem Central High School. She graduated from the University of Rochester and majored in communications and public health.
After college, Lauren studied at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School and earned a masters degree in journalism.
She is a supporter of the Susan G Komen and Making Strides organizations.
