Receptionist
Leah is the Manager of First Impressions at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc. (TMG).
In addition to her role as receptionist, Leah has additional office responsibilities and is a licensed property/casualty broker.
Leah has worked in customer service for over 14 years and firmly believes that a friendly smile will brighten just about anybody’s day.
Whether working in retail, banking, or insurance, Leah attributes her success to her positive attitude, natural enthusiasm, and easy-going nature.
Leah is originally from Washington State but grew up in Rhode Island. She attended Salve Regina University before moving to Savannah, Georgia for six years. After her stay in the Peach State, she enjoyed a brief sojourn back to her home state before finally settling down in Albany. Leah enjoys participating in community theatre productions and going to trivia.
