Customer Service Representative
Personal Lines Department
Nancy is a customer service representative in the personal lines department at The Murray Group Insurance Services, Inc.
She is also a licensed property and casualty broker. Services provided to personal lines clients includes:
- billing,
- general policy service
- endorsements
- issuance
- claims.
Prior to joining the Murray Group in 2012, Nancy worked for two other local agencies as a customer service representative. Her total experience in the insurance industry is over twenty-four years.
Nancy’s knowledge on auto and home policies is extensive, and she finds it valuable to educate her clients so they’re confident in the decisions they make.
Nancy was raised in the South and moved to update New York in the late ‘80s. She has been involved locally with Dollars for Scholars and manages a softball travel team.
