The “Back to Work” HUD update is a series of guideline changes to the HUD program. Because of the current economic conditions many Americans are facing, HUD has decided to help individuals who may have had a good credit score or job history at one time, but because of a major event, had a severe reduction in income. These events include:
- Job loss
- or other major reduction in income
Benefits of the HUD program will be extended to those individuals who qualify.
