The Murray Group is proud to support Albany’s Light the Night on Saturday, October 19, at 7PM. The walk will take place at Loudonville’s Siena College.
This is a beautiful event held each year by the Upstate New York/Vermont Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Rick Ostroff of Ostroff Associates, also Chair of the Board of Directors for the Upstate NY/Vermont Chapter of the LLS, is aiming to raise $600,000 from this event alone!
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk funds treatments that are saving the lives of patients today. LLS is making cures happen by providing patient support services, advocating for lifesaving treatments and pioneering the most promising cancer research anywhere. And it’s all happening now. Not someday, but today. Each year friends, families and coworkers form teams to raise money in support of our mission.
The mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and multiple myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Nearly everyone has either been impacted directly by this disease or knows someone who has.
